I feel like everything has been taken away from me, like there?? nothing more to take, so why live? All my friends tell me to think happy thoughts, but it just makes me angrier, I don?? even want to be happy, I just want to survive. I just want to cut myself and hurt myself, I want to scream and throw things against the wall. I feel so sad and alone, like no is taking me seriously. I want to find a corner and sit there forever, just disappear.

I want to cut my face open from frustration and then slit my wrists; it feels like I want to climb out of my skin. I?? even depressed when I?? drunk. I know I need help, but I can?? ask for it, it makes me feel stupid. I have a plan though, I?? going to get real thin, as I can?? eat anyway then my mother will have no choice but to see I?? suffering and get me the help I need and then the therapist will see how ****** up I really am. And finally someone will finally see the real me and feel sorry for me without me having to do something stupid to get their attention. It?? the perfect plan b/c then I don?? have to put myself in the victim role, everybody else does it for me.

When I?? with my friends I just feel really ugly and big and round, while they all look perfect. I hate myself so much when I?? around them and I just want to be smaller than them. I need advice, I can?? cope anymore?

Dying will not erase pain depends on what you believe in if you believe you die and just disappear then all the good things that you have that you can't think about now will disappear for you, and there will be nothing. If you believe in God you will be able to go to heaven if you believe in him and Jesus, but if you commit suicide you will go to hell and never be able to get out. ): I wouldn't want that for you. SO BEING DEAD WILL NOT HELP! plus you said your friends, how would your friends feel if your gone, if my friend killed herself I would be dead with her or at her grave everyday for the rest of my life blaming myself.
I know how it feels for everyone to say 'be happy' when you feel so crappy but they just care and want you to be happy its not their fought that they annoy you to death.
I used to cut, well still do but I don't want to and don't want to die anymore life is too amazing to leave now. I have thrown things against walls and busted glass to cut with, also I've slammed my hand through a mirror. which scares me now because I'm not like that. I''ve tucked myself in a corner for atleast 6 hours to feel comforted and safe but we can't hide from our problems like that.

Yea, you sound like me. When I was younger, I devised a plan really similar to yours, only problem was I'm a compulsive overeater so that failed. I cut my wrists, I overdosed on pills, I silently begged and screamed for attention. Maybe that sounds pathetic to you, it did to me at the time. I didn't want help. I was too embarassed to ask for it and I felt weak. But you know what? It takes a strong person to ask for help, not a weak one. You are not weak at all if you ask for help. That's a crazy misconception. You do not have to live like this and you shouldn't. Please ask for help, ask your mom, ask a friend's mom, ask a counselor, ask a teacher. I know how you feel, and it is the worst pain anyone could imagine.

You don't hate life or want to die. You just hate YOUR life and want CHANGE !

Get a job ! Join a new church ! Join some charities, like Habitat for Humanity and build houses for poor people or join Salvation Army and feed the homeless. Or go voluenteer to help rescue animals, or sick children by reading to them. Get a life ! You need one !
Here's my stock answer on depression and nutrition. It's good advice for anyone who's trying to get healthy. I did it.


I think that your metabolism is off. I'm guessing that you don't eat a lot of fresh vegetables, nuts, and fish and eggs.

There is a safe, anti anxiety tonic drops, that you can get at

But to get the problem to STOP you need to get your minerals and omega oils balanced in your body, and that will help balance your hormones.

ok first of all if your depressed your obviously not going to think happy thoughts I am very suicidal and suffering very much and just thinking happy thoughts won't do sh it. you are going through some of what I am you are feeling disconnected from people and the only way to do this is connect with them. if you are not seeing your doctor you need to make an appointment now. ok drinking alcohol is the worst thing you can do... its obvious that you feel depressed when drunk... ever seen drunks when they are unhappy? you are just adding fuel to the fire when you do this causing you to be more suicidal. you need to be coping with your depression in much different ways schedule a doctors appointment and see a therapist immediately. if you are getting suicidal call the suicide hotline. you do need to stop getting drunk though try smoking some weed with friends you might be able to connect with them more.
